This is the board for posting the little characters that make all the difference. Whether the fantasy innkeep with the limp and scar down his left cheek, or the grizzled sci-fi bartender worried about the mess the spacers are making of his establishment, the NPCs are the backbone of the adventure. Recurring characters and generic villians also fall into this catagory.
